The 4.5 meter length curing oven is designed for powder coating bigger bulky parts or a big batch of small-sized parts. Electric heating style reduces the task of operation and maintenance as well as creates a more clean environment. COLO powder coating ovens are constructed from high quality components that ensures quick and uniform heating.
Our powder paint ovens are standard equipped with two carts, including an internal one and an external one. The internal one is designed as a frame to load a batch of workparts, the external one has a handrail to help transport the internal system
By using two carts, it will not contaminate the inside of the oven, which provides high purity of painted elements.
What;s more, this cart system with high temperature bearing allows carrying heavy elements using a small amount of force, and optimizing the use of the entire space of the curing oven.
COLO also provides custom-design service for the cart system, in order to suits your production demands.
1. It is easy to operate thanks to the PLC control unit with precise temperature and time regulation.
2.100mm thick rockwool insulation material keeps constant temperature whose stability less than 3℃.
3. A high peformance fan is excellent for hot airflow circulation, reaching any corner of the oven to ensure baking uniformity.
4. Built of high efficiency electric-heating elements ensures quick temperature raising.
5. Sizes can be chosen from our standard models, also can be customized as required.
