This mini powder coating system is ideal for powder coating mini parts, sample testing or laboratory use. Equipped with a 2 lbs capacity powder cup, which has advantages of simple cleaning and fast color change. COLO-800D series with intelligent functions and excellent performance ensures great powder coating efficiency.
1.Voltage can be easily set by buttons from 0-100kv, the voltage and amperage values will be shown on the digital display for accurate reading.
2. Users are able to freely switch modes between three preset programs, flat coating, corner coating and recoating, suitable for beginners handling most shape of workparts.
Flat coating: ideal for flat shape workpieces.
Corner coating: ideal for complex shape parts with deep corners.
Recoating: ideal for repairing coating.
100 kV powder spray gun maximizes powder charging capacity, and always maintains highest transfer efficiency even after long time use, most powders are attracted to the metal parts with least material waste.
