Portable Powder coating machine with 10lbs fluidizing hopper supports constant production of small scales. Stainless steel hopper is easy for cleaning and enables a very quick color change. Our classical model COLO-668 applies the easiest spray method realizes superior efficiency and performance.
The intelligent conrtoller has one-touch operation buttons standing for 4 pre-sets coating programs, giving quick change of different metal shapes:
1 Flat mode, suitable simple panel shape parts.
2. Corner mode,suitable for coating deep corner
3. Re-coat mode, suitable for repairing coating
4. Pulse coating mode: repidly recharge the powder for high transfer efficiency, a coating option that is able to penetrate tough Faraday cage areas, reducing time and material consumption
