The manual powder coating plant is COLO custom-designed for our Ireland customer for the application of heavy security gates made of iron. Coating equipment, booth, oven and tracks are fabricated by COLO, the transport trolley are made by customer.
Powder coating by manual coating equipment ensures high precision operation, especially for complex shaped. Workparts movement from booth to curing oven trolley and tracks, thus reduces labor efforts and saves factory space.

Walk-in powder spray booth, allows big dimension workparts entering the booth through the overhead rail system, powder coating by manual equipment with precise operation. Designed with enough quality of high precision cartridge filters, COLO powder coating booth ensures high powder recycling rate and clean working condition.

The powder coating ovens with overhead tracks is designed in order to carry heavy material into the oven manually. COLO curing oven is made of 100mm thick rockwool board, and consists of Italy Riello burner, circulation fan, which is built to create optimal airflow throughout the enclosure, and provides an even, constant cure for your parts.
