An indexing table is fitted with various small turntabls carrying workparts to be finished, the intermittent rotating of indexing table precisely presents workparts to the abrasive blast stream from a group of nozzles, which ensures predictive and repetitive process quality., ideal for items such as pots, pans, cupss, bottles, axles, etc.
1.The loading/unloading station allows the operator remove treated parts and install untreated parts on a satellite support.
2.The waiting station acts as a dust barrier between the operator and the sandblasting station.
3.The sandblasting station is where the parts are exposed to an abrasive blast stream.
4.The air cleaning station is equipped with dust-off nozzles which remove any remaining dust from parts before unloading.
1. The custom quantities of multi-turntables meets the requirement of high volume production in consistent quality.
2. The operator stands on a single point of the loading and unloading station, which reduces time wasted moving around the shop.
3. Depending on the parts'shapes and dimensions, the blasting area can be equipped with fixed guns or oscillating guns on a vertical/horizontal axis,
