COLO-2000D Powder Coating Reciprocator
1. Works with automatic powder guns, designed for consistent and uniform powder spraying in automatic production line.
2. Allows to carry 2-12pcs spray gun, sturdy construction could adapt to continual load everyday.
3. Movement is programmed in various speeds & strokes to suit conveyor speed & object height respectively.

COLO-800D Intelligent Controller
The controller allows precisely adjusting high voltage from 0-100kv by keyboards, the kv and amperage values will be shown on the digital display. Powder conveying air and atomization air are regulated by mechanizal valves with convenience and reliability.
Just press the 3 one-touch intelligent buttons, application programs switches automatically between panel coating, corner coating and recoating.
Flat coating: ideal for flat shape workpieces.
Corner coating: ideal for complex shape parts with deep corners.
Recoating: ideal for repairing coating.
Integrated Cabinet for Gun Controllers
Multi units of COLO-800D automatic powder gun controllers installed on a central cabinet for integrated easy operation.
Specific values can be pre-fed for each powder coating gun to achieve highly dependable results.
Module and compact design, it can be tailored to customer's demands, allows to install Max. 24 control units, and occupies small space in the automatic powder coating plant

COLO-08 Automatic Powder Gun
100 kV automatic gun delivers the highest transfer efficiency, more powders are attracted to the metal parts that is great for powder savings.
