This fully-customized automatic powder coating line is specially designed for our Morocco customer for the application of aluminium profiles. The system mainly includes pp plastic powder coating cyclone booth, conveyor system automatic powder guns, reciprocator, powder feed center, curing tunnel

This automatic powder coating line realizes high production capacity, fast color change demands, requires minimum labor and downtime, suitable for customer who has sufficient factory space and budget.

Automatic Powder Coating Line Working Process

Workparts movement is driven through the overhead conveying system. When passing through an automatic spray booth, the workparts get powder spraying by automatic equipment ensures uniform powder film thickness. Afer spraying, the workparts will be automatically transported into a curing tunnel for continuously production. Overspray powders will be transferred from spray booth to the powder feed center for sieving and recycling back to the spray guns.

The newly-developed powder management center is an efficient and space-saving solution for automatic powder coating line, has the following highlights:

- Automatic sieving of recovery powders, dissolving and loosening of powder accumulations, ensure purity and uniformity.

- A big hopper allows containing high volume of powders for daily countinuous production with optimal fluidization condition for smooth powder flow and quality coating results

- Automatic cleaning of hopper, suction tube, injectors, pump, hoses and spray guns, maximize efficiency during color change.

- Closed powder circuit prevents overflow to ensures a clean working environment as well as save powders.

4 Heating Time & Temperature: Warm-up time: 15-30 min. (180° C), Max.250° C

5  Circulation Fan: 5.5kw, 2sets, creates uniform hot airflow in inner chamber ensure high quality curing results.

6 Construced with 100mm thickness rock wool board, ensures minium temperature dropping, as well as 1.5mm thick galvanized plate innter wall
