Spray washing powder coating pretreatment is suited for simple shaped workparts with bulk production in fully-automatic line

The processing of a basic spray washing system mainly include 3-5 stages, such as degrease, conditioning, phosphate, rinse. Actual stages should be decided and built according to customer's products.

Works by using spraying nozzles and circulation pump to spray chemicals onto the processed objects to remove rusts, oxide layers, old coats to prepare clean, adhesive surfaces

The system mainly configures tunnels, pharmaceutical tanks, water tanks which are made of tainless steel, as well as durable spraying fan Nozzles

Drying Tunnel Oven

1. Remove the moisture and dry the workparts after spraying wash pretreatment,  designed for continuous operations in automatic coating line.

Automatic Powder Coating Booth

PP plastic made powder coating booth with cyclone recovery is the most efficient solution for fast color change or high powder recovery demands in automatic production line.

As the anti-static plastic does not attract powders, the booth is easier to clean and more powders will be recycled, greatly reduces you production costs.

Mono-cyclone separator and after filter unit recovey system, make the least powder accumulation and the most environmental-friendly emission.

The powder coating booth is designed with automatic spraying station for reciprocating guns, as well as manual coating station for after-checking.

Self-cleaning Booth Floor

The powder spray booth floor is designed with air knives and mesh plates specially for self-cleaning.

The cleaning system is controlled by air blasts, which remove the powder accumulated on the booth floor and push it to the extraction and recovery system, increasing powder coating recovery.

100kv Automatic Powder Spray Gun

The COLO-08 100 kV electrostatic spray gun maximizes powder charging capacity, and always maintains highest transfer efficiency even after long time, most powders are attracted to the metal parts with least material waste.

Powder Coating Reciprocator & Central Cabinet

All spraying guns are mounted on an arm extended from a carriage, whose movement is programmed in various speeds & strokes to suit conveyor speed & object height respectively.

All powder coating controllers are integrated in a central cabinet for convenient operation, it enables to set parameters only at one host unit to control whole system. The quantity of the controller units can be customized

Powder Coating Curing Tunnel

Our curing tunnel is ideal for automatic powder coating line in continuous operation with highest productivity.

Made of 100mm rock wool board with galvanized sheet wall and durable steel skin , features durable, long life and heat-resistent.

Applies Riello burner quckly raising to required temperature up to 250'C,  saving your time everyday. Heating source is recommended using gas or diesel.

With  fans circles hot air throught the entire chamber ensures even temperature and quality curing results.

Designed air curtains at both entrance and exit, minimizes heat loss, saves your energy.

Thanks to all the high performance components and structures, the heat variance over the entire oven is less than 3 degrees.

A complete overhead conveyor system includes, rails (or I beam), chains, drive unit, hangers, trolleys, tension device, etc

We supply lightweight track conveyor system with single point loading capacity less than 100kgs and heavy-duty I beam conveyor system with loading capacity 100-500kgs
