This automatic powder sieving machine is connected with the powder coating booth for continuously powde recovery and powde feeding., whose full automatic operations greatly increase working efficiency.
During spraying process, the recovered powders will be transferred to the sieving section for automatic sieving, and mixed with fresh powders back to spray gun which greatly reduce powder waste while not sacrifice coating quality.
Powders through sieveing would break accumulation, separate foreign materials and oversized particles in raw powder, which is an important process to improve purity of powder and abtain high quality powder coating film.
