This powder coating oven is designed for curing longer or large workparts in batches. Long length powder coating oven heats faster by using gas as fuels, and fearures more economical with less energy expense comparing with electric heated oven. Our curing oven is built with durable and high-quality components that never compromise quality and performance.

PLC Control
This PLC controller offers all the features you need. the keyboard and clear display allows you to set and read precise temperature as well as duration required. The electric control also includes fan starting, alarm lights and emergency stop buttons, ensuring safe and reliable heating process.
Circulation Fan
Powerful fan speeds up the flow of hot air through oven interior, which minimizes temperature difference and guarantees uniform-heated chamber.
The control system adjust the temperature uniform inside the oven by fine-tuning the performance of the exhaust fan.
Materials
COLO powder coating oven utilizes a sandwich panel design.
Applies the 100mm thick rockwool board, density 120kgs/cbm insulation material as the interlayer, which inserted between galvanized inner wall and color-steel external skins, effectively minimums temperature dropping.
Burner
Our gas curing oven is standardly configured an Italy imported RIELLO gas burner which is connected with the burning room.
The high performance burner fully burns of fuels, reaching the baking temperature faster. Quick heat-up rates helps to achieve higher production output.
