The 4.5 meter length curing oven is designed for powder coating bulky parts or a big batch of small-sized parts. Electric heating style reduces the task of operation and maintenance as well as creates a more clean environment. COLO powder coating ovens are constructed from high quality components that ensures quick and uniform heating.

PLC Control
All parameters and functions are set on PLC panel, provides a high precision heating process, such as accurately setting desired temperature & heating time, control the circulation fan.
The controller also equipped with audible and visual alarms keys ensures safety operating environment.
Circulation Fan
Powerful fan speeds up the flow of hot air through oven interior, which minimizes temperature difference and guarantees uniform-heated chamber.
The control system adjust the temperature uniform inside the oven by fine-tuning the performance of the exhaust fan.
Materials
COLO powder coating oven utilizes a sandwich panel design.
Applies the 100mm thick rockwool board, density 120kgs/cbm insulation material as the interlayer, which inserted between galvanized inner wall and color-steel external skins, effectively minimums temperature dropping.
Heating Element
Our electric heating element uses a certain quantity of 1.5kw U shape heating tubes, uniformly distributed at the bottom of oven, ensures heating efficiency. Covered with mesh plate, those tubes are easy for maintenance.
