Our powder coating ovens are standard equipped with two carts, including an internal one and an external one. The internal one is designed as a frame to load a batch of workparts, the external one has a handrail to help transport the internal system
By using two carts, it will not contaminate the inside of the oven, which provides high purity of painted elements.
What's more, this custom-made cart system with high temperature bearing allows carrying heavy elements using a small amount of force, and optimizing the use of the entire space of the curing oven.

Our electric heating element uses a certain quantity of 1.5kw U shape heating tubes, uniformly distributed at the bottom of oven, ensures heating efficiency. Covered with mesh plate, those tubes are easy for maintenance.
