Our powder coating booth cyclone recovery system includes cyclone separator and filter recovery stages.
Overspray powders will be transfered to cyclone first. this equipment uses centrifugal force and gravity to separate and recycle particulates from air stream according to their relative density. The ultra-fine particlates that are unqualified will be collected to the filter cartridge unit, ensuring dustfree air back to the workshop.

Cyclone Separator
Cyclone systems are characterized by a cyclone chamber that handles all of the exhausted air from the booth.
The air is moved in a rotational pattern around the chamber, which separates particles based on size for further filtration.
The heavier particles fall down into a collection tray, while the rest are propelled upwards to a filter section.

Filter Recovery Stage
The stage containes a group of high-precision cartridge filters that is capable of capturing approximately 99 percent of powder that passes through them.
Particles that accumulate on the filter will be periodically released thanks to a pulse air jet controlled by solenoid valves
Our cartridge filter are fitted with "Rotary-Wing" system inside, which increases cleaning efficiency of surface area and ensures long-term performance of the filters.
