This system gives you the ability and flexibility to control both voltage and current, they are the vital parameters in the electrostatic powder coating process
Three are touch keys for high-grade spraying operations. Use the touch keys to select any of the electrostatic coating processes "Flat-parts coating," "Complicated parts coating," or "Re-coating Workpiece."
Allows experienced users to create and store 20 application programs, optimized for their parts and powder. Each part can be coated always with its individual settings.

Long-lasting 100kv spray gun maximizes the electrostatic charging capacity, provides high transfer efficiency and saves materials.
The powder spray gun has a remote control of adjusting powder flow and changing application programs on the rear cover with buttons "+" and "-", fast and easy.
Lightweight spray gun with ergonomic design tends to reduce operator's fatigue after long time use.
Comes with full array of nozzle assortment to optimize your spraying effect, including flat nozzles, round snozzles with different size deflectors, and extension nozzles.
Small Powder Coating Hoppers
1) We can supply different capacity hoppers for your extra applications, such as 15 & 10 lbs stainless steel hoppers, 2 Ibs & 1 lbs portable cup, ideal for small series production or powder testing and laboratory use.
2) Hoppers can be quickly detached into small pieces for easy cleaning during color change, as well as assembled without any tools.
3) Incorperates with fluidizing plate which allows powders easily to be conveyed from the hopper to the gun with a high degree of uniformity and consistency
4) Powders stored in a well-sealed hopper will maintain a dry condition without moist, which is important to get a uniform powder output cloud and quality finishing results
