100kv Electrostatic Spray Gun with Remote Control

- Long lasting 100kv spray gun maximizes the electrostatic charging capacity, always provides high transfer efficiency in the first-pass, ensures coating film uniformity and saves powders.

- Program and powder flow changes are fast and easy. Just press the "P" button on the rear cover to move between coating modes, and use the handy up and down arrows for adjusting powder flow as you coat.

- 500g Lightweight spray gun with ergonomic design tends to reduce operator's fatigue after long time use. Robust structure and high-quality materials provides a longer lifespan.

- The powder spray gun is designed for quick release coupling for easy and efficient cleaning during color change.

Box Feed Unit for Fast Color Change

It is designed to place original powder carton on the inclined vibration table, and directly convey powders from the carton to the gun for spraying through a suction tube, which allows fully emptying.

Powders are fully fluidized by vibration motor with a high degree of uniformity, more over suction tube unit with fluidizing pad is optimized for a constant powder delivery. 

This system has a clamp for fitting a 2lbs powder cup  to use as both a box feed powder coating gun and a hopper feed powder coating gun together. 

Literally two machines in one, it's the perfect setup for the powder coating shop that handles different types and sizes of jobs on a daily basis.

Additional Powder Hoppers with Different Volumes

- We can supply different capacity hoppers for your vertile applications, such as 10 lbs stainless steel hoppers, 2 Ibs & 1 lb portable cup, ideal for small series production or powder testing use.

- Our hoppers are all  fluidizing-based type which allows powders easily to be conveyed from the hopper to the gun with a high degree of uniformity and consistency.  

- Mini hoppers can be quickly detached into small pieces for easy cleaning during color change.

- Powders stored in a well-sealed hopper will maintain a dry condition without moist, which is important to get a uniform powder output cloud and quality finishing results
