This fully automatic powder coating line is specially designed for our Argentina customer for the application of small trolleys and other industrial products. The system is in high automation that involves spraying washing pretreament, as well as water drying tunnel,  powder coating cyclone booth, conveyor system,  automatic powder guns, reciprocator, powder feed center, curing tunnel.

This automatic powder coating line realizes high production capacity, superior finishing quality,  fast color change demands, requires minimum labor and downtime, suitable for customer who has sufficient factory space and budget.

Automatic Powder Coating Line Working Process

Workparts movement is driven through the overhead conveying system, firstly will be transported into the pretreatment spray tunnel for chemical washing and water washing, then enters into the drying tunnel for a dry, clean, adhesive surface.  When passing through an automatic spray booth, the workparts get powder spraying by automatic equipment with uniform powder coating film. Afer powder spraying, the workparts will be automatically transported into a curing tunnel for continuously production. Overspray powders will be transferred from spray booth floor to the powder feed center for sieving and recycling back to the spray guns.

Pretreatment- Spraying Wash Tunnel

1. This spraying pretreatment system includes 3 tunnel stages, by using spraying nozzles and circulation pump to spray chemicals onto the processed objects to prepare clean, adhesive surfaces

Drying Tunnel Oven

1 Drying the workparts after spraying wash tunnel,  designed for continuous operations in automatic coating line.

3 Heating source: natural gas; Burner: 500,000kcal Riello burner

4 Heating Time & Temperature: Warm-up time: 15-30 min. (180° C), Max.250° C

5  Circulation Fan: 7.5kw, 1 set, creates uniform hot airflow in inner chamber 

6 Construced with 100mm thickness rock wool board, ensures minium temperature dropping, as well as 1.5mm thick SGCC wall

7 Configures air curtains at both ends,  5.5kw fan motor, 2sets

Automatic Powder Coating Booth

1. Type: Automatic pass through type, workparts are transpored to the booth by overhead conveyor and get spraying from double sides.
