Air Circulation Fan

Circulation fan circles the hot air to warm the powder coating oven interior, minimizes temperature difference and guarantee uniform-heated chamber. It creates optimal airflow and prevents hot spots and providing an even, constant cure for your parts.

Precise PLC Control

This PLC controller offers all the features you need. the keyboard and clear display allows you to set and read precise temperature as well as duration required. The electric control also includes fan starting, alarm lights and emergency stop buttons, ensuring safe and reliable heating process.

200mm Thick Rockwool Wall

COLO powder coating oven is made of high quality durable material, interlayer is rockwool insulation board (200mm thickness), inserted between heat-resistent stainless steel innerwall and durable galvanized outerwall which forms a sandwich structure and features anti-flame and heat-insulation.

Electric Heating Room

An independent heating room with highly efficient electric heating elements that makes the oven chamber reach to required temperature faster and always keep it hot. Electric heating features environmetal-friendly and easy maintenance.
