- The pass thru spray booth allows long length workparts enter it from one opening and exit from another opening, while get powder spraying from the sideward manual coating machines. Workparts moving is manual operated via the overhead the track.
- After the coating processing, operator unload the workparts and move the batches to the ground trolley which will be pushed to the oven for powder curing process

2.Digital controller allows precise control of current, voltage, powder flow and dosing air, you can always find optimized processing parameter for high quality and stable coating results.
3. The powder coating machine offers beginners 3 pre-set programs for application of flat parts, complex profiles and re-coat operations and allows to create and save 20 personalized programs for advanced use.
5. 100kv manual spray guns delivers high transfer efficiency for saving time and powder. Nozzles with different spraying patterns help easily coat different shapes.
6. Big hopper type with 60lbs capacity suits for continous daily production with 1-2 colors, box feed type suits for fast color change demands.
