This manual powder coating line is designed for painting long length parts but customers have limited factory space, not big budget and do not want to scrafice efficiency.

As the workparts movement is assited by horizontal-pull overhead track system, it greatly reduces manual efforts, this plant can be heavy loaded and achieves big batch productions.

It is also ideal for handling complex parts that requires precise manual powder coating., especially for aluminium profiles.

Manual Powder Coating Line (Walk-in Booth and Track Oven)

This manual powder coating line is specially designed for painting over-dimension or over-weight parts, the walk-in spray booth offers a great flexibility to handle all kinds of parts shapes, especially for meticulously coating big complex shapes by using a manual coating equipment.

The horizontal-pull overhead track system greatly reduces efforts to move heavy objects from station to station.

Manual Powder Coating Line (Pass Through Booth and Trolley Oven)

This manual plant is suitable for long length but not heavy workparts, as this system requires manually move the sprayed objects from booth to the trolley of curing oven.

Parts are sprayed by double sides thanks to the dual-station booth, at the same time pass through the booth under track system, then a batch of coated parts are put on the frame sent to the powder oven for curing.

Walk-in powder coating system is recommended for easy handling of big, heavy workparts with less efforts, suitable for limited factory space and not big output.

Those parts loaded in a trolley will be pushed into the spray booth, operators walk in and coat the parts roundly, then move the entirety directly enters into the curing oven in which way there is no need of extra unloading and loading operations.
