The system allows operator walking into the spray booth using a manual coating equipment for flexible and precise powder spraying operations. Workparts movement from booth to curing oven by manual-pulled track system, thus reduces labor efforts and saves factory space.

2. Precise control of electrostatic and pneumatic parameters, ensuring optimal coating quality and maximize utilization of powders.
3. Combined 100kv spray gun with nozzle assembly is easy to penetrate deep corner with least powder waste.
4. The Intelligent controller offers beginners 3 pre-set modes for flat work, complex profiles and re-coat operation, as well as allows to create and save 20 personalized programs.
5. Box feed type directly conveying powders from original powder carton, suitable for fast color change. Also Supply big hopper type for 1-2 colors application.

Big dimension workparts are transported into the booth through the overhead rail system. The powder coating ovens with overhead rail system is designed in order to carry heavy material into the oven manually. COLO curing oven is built to create optimal airflow throughout the enclosure, providing an even, constant cure for your parts. Heated by gas burner, the curing oven fastly rasies to required temperature saving your time everyday.
