Manual Powder Coating Equipment COLO-191S
1. COLO-191S is developed for professional and efficient job, even complex parts with deep corner can be perfectly coated with this model.
2. Precise control of electrostatic and pneumatic parameters, ensuring maximum efficiency.
3. Combined 100kv spray gun with nozzle assembly is easy to penetrate deep corner with least powder waste.
4. The Intelligent controller offers beginners 3 pre-set modes for flat work, complex profiles and re-coat operation, as well as allows to create and save 20 personalized programs.
5. Box feed type directly conveying powders from original powder carton, suitable for fast color change.
Walk-in Powder Coating Booth
Walk-in powder spray booth, allows big dimension workparts entering the booth through the overhead rail system, powder coating by manual equipment with precise operation. COLO powder coating ensures high powder recycling rate and clean working condition.
