The manual powder coating system is specially designed for our Malaysia customer for their various applications of steel plates, frames and other long length metal parts.
Workparts are firstly enter into a pass through spray booth which has no restriction of parts' length, the movement is assisted by a manual pulled overhead track, workparts are coated by manual spray equipment from from 2 opening coating stations, after spraying, a batch of workparts will be loaded o a trolley, the whole will be pushed into an oven for curing process.
This manual powder coating plant thus reduces labor efforts and requires less space and budget.
