COLO-800D Intelligent Controller

1.The intelligent controller offers basic functions for precisely adjusting high voltage from 0-100kv by keyboards, the kv and amperage values will be shown on the digital display. Powder conveying air and atomization air are regulated by mechanizal valves with convenience and reliability.

2. Just press the 3 one-touch intelligent buttons, application programs switches automatically between panel coating, corner coating and recoating.

Flat coating: ideal for flat shape workpieces.

Corner coating: ideal for complex shape parts with deep corners.

Recoating: ideal for repairing coating.

Configurations & Features

1. This open-faced manual spray booth consists of 3 pcs cartrifge filters for high efficiency of powder collection, which ensures recovery rate and create dustless working condition.

2. These filters are intervally cleaned by releasing accumulated powders, which extends the filters' lifespans.

3 A user-friendly PLC panel integrates all functions, such as turning on / off the fan, setting pulse-jet for filter cleaning, light on/off, emergency stop, etc.
