The Open Face Powder Paint Spray Booth is considered to be the most versatile booth type of it's "open" & "Walk-in" configurations. This basic design is also well regarded for it's ease of operation and maintenance.
Normally hang small lightweight parts on the overhead rack, while bulky heavy parts can be directly rolled into the cabin, operators walk in the booth and coat the parts roundly, meticulous manual operation ensures superior painting effect.

Our powder spray booth are constructed with powder-coated cold-rolled steel exceptionally increases stability and durability. It is wholely installed and shipped which only requires simple electrical and air connections to start production.
Cartridge FIlters
The recovery module combines 6 pcs high-precision filters made of 100% polyester that maximize separating particulates from airflow.
Pulse-jet System
Pulse-jetting system for automatic filter cleaning via solenoid valves prevents powder accumulation and extends filters' life.
PLC Control
A user-friendly PLC panel integrates all functions, like turning on / off fans, setting pulse-jetting time and interval, light on/off, emergency stop.
Fan Motor
A set of 4kw high-performance fan efficiently circulate air with less energy. Our rigid exhaust fan provides a substantial decrease in noise at your shop.
