The Open Face Powder Paint Spray Booth is considered to be the most versatile booth type of  it's "open" & "Walk-in" configurations. This basic design is also well regarded for it's ease of operation and maintenance.

Normally hang small lightweight parts on the overhead rack, while bulky heavy parts can be directly rolled into the cabin, operators walk in the booth and coat the parts roundly, meticulous manual operation ensures superior painting effect.

Catridge Filter Collector Module

Powder collection is carried out using cartridge filters, which can be easily and quickly coupled and uncoupled manually without requiring special tools, as the cartridge integrates a flange that is attached to the cabin with butterflies. The easy replacement of filters allows quick color changes.

Filter Cleaning

The filters retain their capacity to release the attached powder overspray through a self-cleaning system. The filter cleaning is carried out with programmable pulses from a PLC, which allows setting cleaning duration and interval then acts automatically. 

Air Suction & Exhaut

A powerful centrifugal fan sucks the air from the cabin, dragging the remaining powder paint from the application ("over spray") towards filters which capture the particules. Thus the air is filtered  and exhasuted completely clean to the working environment.
