The ingelligent controller offers 0-100kv digitally adjustable for voltage and easy regulation of conveying and dosing air by pressure valves.
It is convenient and swift to change different metal shapes for painting, which is ideal for beginner who are short of knowledge of parameter setting, there are 3 intelligent buttons that stands for 3 pre-sets application programs:
Flat coating: ideal for flat shape workpieces.
Corner coating: ideal for complex shape parts with deep corners.
Recoating: ideal for repairing coating.
100 kV electrostatic spray gun maximizes powder charging capacity, and always maintains highest transfer efficiency even after long time use, most powders are attracted to the metal parts with least powder material waste.
The 500g lightweight and ergonomically designed spray gun enables you to do jobs at ease. We use high quality engineering materials for less wear and longer life
Our spray gun comes with full array of nozzle assortment for optimal effect , including flat nozzles, round nozzles with a series of deflectors, as well as extension nozzles for better penetration of corners.
