KF-K1 Intelligent Controller
1. 0-100kv voltage adjustable by keyboards, easily set values and read on digital display, which is powerful enough to handle any shape of parts. Powder conveying and atomization air pressure values are regulated by valves and shows on guage.
2. For beginners there are one-touch intelligent buttons that stands for three pre-sets application programs, providing quick operation to get the best coating result for different shaped workpieces:
Flat coating: ideal for flat shape workpieces.
Corner coating: ideal for complex shape parts with deep corners.
Recoating: ideal for repairing coating.
Electrostatic Spray Gun Features
100 kV spray gun maximizes powder charging capacity, and always maintains highest transfer efficiency even after long time use, most powders are attracted to the metal parts with least material waste.
The 500g lightweight and ergonomic design enables you to do jobs at ease. We use high quality engineering materials for less wear and longer life.
Comes with full array of nozzle assortment for optimal effect , including flat spray nozzles, round spray nozzles with a series of deflectors, as well as extension nozzles for better penetration of corners.
Dismountable Powder Hopper
- D36xH62cm hopper allows holding 60-70lbs powders, suited for normal or big scale powder coating production.
- The whole powder hopper can be detached with separating pieces for easily thorough cleaning
- Our powder hopper are made from stainless steel durable, anti-rust and long lasting.
- Fluidized hopper allows powders easily to be conveyed from the hopper to the gun with a high degree of uniformity and consistency.
- Fluidization breaks up accumulation, removing absorbed moisture, and improving the powder output cloud and the finish result
