Our powder coating oven is designed for energy-saving, time-saving and environmental-friendly, takes propane, LPG, or natural gas as fuels, gives a quick raise to required temperature. With optimal air circulation system, it prevents hot spots, curing defects and provides an even, constant cure for your parts.

PLC Control
It is reliable and easy to operate thanks to the PLC control unit with precise temperature regulation and time setting.
The electric control also includes fan starting, alarm lights and emergency stop buttons, ensuring a safe heating process.
Circulation Fan
Powerful fan speeds up the flow of hot air through oven interior, which minimizes temperature difference and guarantees uniform-heated chamber.
The control system adjust the temperature uniform inside the oven by fine-tuning the performance of the exhaust fan.
100mm Rockwool
COLO powder coating oven utilizes a sandwich panel design.
Applies the 100mm thick rockwool board, density 120kgs/cbm insulation material as the interlayer, which inserted between galvanized inner wall and color-steel external skins, effectively minimums temperature dropping.
Riello Burner
Our curing oven is standardly configured an Italy imported RIELLO burner which is connected with the burning room.
The high performance burner fully burns of fuels, reaching the baking temperature faster. Quick heat-up rates helps to achieve higher production output.
