Semi-automatic Powder Coating Line Working Steps
1) Load a batch of workparts on the tracks, manually pull the track system to the powder booth
2) Automatic powder guns and reciprocator for consistent and uniform powder spraying, while this process is accomplished at an automatic powder booth.
3) The oversprayed powders will be transferred to a powder management equipment for automatic recycling. After powder spraying,
4) After powder spraying, a batch of coated workparts will be manually pulled into the oven through tracks for heating and curing.

Automatic Powder Coating Booth
The powder coating booth is designed with automatic spraying station for reciprocating guns, as well as manual coating station for after-checking at left and right sides.
Parts enter the booth from the front entrance and exit from the other through overhead conveyors, the conveyor movement is synchronized with the reciprocating spray guns for uniform coating.
The automatic spray booth is connected with powder management equipment for continuous powder feeding and recycling without any interruption.
The automatic coating booth can be designed only with filter recovery for single color application or with cyclone system for fast color change demands
