This is the gas type of COLO-1864 powder coating oven with same size, suitable for customers who require small dimension but electrcity is expensive in their countries. Thus gas heating is an ideal choice which provides a quick, clean, excellent heating with less energy expense.
It is a superior solution that allows batch loading ofworkparts with an optimal use of the entire space, as well as carrying heavy elements using a small amount of force.
Standardly equipped with two carts:
Internal cart supplied in the form of a frame with high temperature bearings, designed for loading workparts participating in curing process inside the oven. External cart is used to carry the internal cart for loading and unloading process.
Benefits: Each cart moving across the hall does not contaminate the inside of the oven. ensures high purity painted elements.
Trolley design can be customized for your production needs and convenient.
Air Circulation Fan
Circulation fan circles the hot air to warm the powder coating oven interior, minimizes temperature difference and guarantee uniform-heated chamber, ensures an even, constant cure for your parts.
The circulation fan for small sized powder coating oven is installed on the roof to save space. Power: 0.75kw.
Precise PLC Control
The PLC control system offers user-friendly interface for operators to set the required temperature and heating time accurately.
The electric control cabinet also includes includes fan starting, alarm lights and emergency stop buttons.
100mm Thick Rockwool Wall
COLO powder coating oven utilizes a sandwich panel design. The durable materials maximize the its lifespan.
Rockwool insulation of at least 100mm is inserted between galvanized inner wall and color-steel external skins, effectively minimums temperature dropping.
Riello Gas Burner
Configures an Italy imported RIELLO gas burner which is connected with the burning room. The high performance burner takes full utilizations of fuels, reaching the baking temperature faster, making heating process more efficient and energy-saving.
