• Flat Panel Coating Mode

This mode maximize kV(80-100kv) and provides a big volume of powder output, suitable for large area of panel parts. Building high coverage of powders improves the working efficiency.

• Faraday Cage Coating Mode 

Also called corner coating, profile coating mode, This setting lowers the kVs, decrease the powder flow to allow powders penetrate hard-to-reach corners, angles, bends. A great saving of powders.

• Re-coating Mode

This mode is for already-coated part that needs repair coating by setting much lower Kv. The Kafan powder gun achieves quality application and avoids coating defects.
