This fully automatic powder coating line is specially designed for our Australia customer for the application of springs in high output and superior quality.

Workparts movement is driven through the overhead conveying system. Powder spraying by automatic equipment ensures uniform powder film thickness, powder recycling by cyclone booth system and powder feed center, allows fast color change and high powder utilization. A continuous tunnel oven curing workparts ensures efficiency, This powder coating plant requires minimum labor but big factory space and sufficient budget.

Automatic Powder Coating Booth

2. First stage recovery: multi-cyclone type, high cleaning efficiency during color change,  achieves recycling efficiency up to 98%.

3. Secondary recovery stage: a group of high precision filters effectively capture ultra fine powders, thus only particle-free air discharged outside. Filter size: 325x600mm, 18pcs.

4.Booth Floor: with air knife and flap recovery system:, transfer sprayed powder from the booth floor to recycling system.

Tunnel ovens are designed for continuous operations in automatic coating line. Maximum efficiency is obtained with high capacities by means of this system.
