Tajikistan Customer Visit COLO for Powder Coating Line

Today, customers from Tajikistan visit us, they are planning to build a complete powder coating line at local. They manufacture metal cabinet with different sizes, largest size to 5mx 2.2m x 2.5m, quite interested in our automatic powder spraying line with manual pretreatment equipment. Their new factory is still in construction and will finish next year. According to the factory size, we design a layout for them.

The automatic powder spraying line includes: auto powder guns, reciprocators, automatic powder booth, powder feed equipment, curing tunnel, conveyor system.

The manual pretreatment method is dipping, built with tanks for surface preparation step by step. It is an economical pretreatment process ideal for cleaning parts in irregular shape.
