The purpose of fluidization for a powder hopper
First, it allows powders to be easily sucked from the hopper to the spray gun with a high degree of uniformity and consistency.
Second, fluidization serves to precondition the powder, breaking up accumulations removing absorbed moisture, which improves the powder flow for a better quality finish.
