COLO-2000D Powder Coating Reciprocator
1. The COLO-2000D reciprocator is an efficient solution for uniform coating in automatic powder application line.
2. Allows to carry 2-12pcs spray gun, sturdy construction could adapt to continual load everyday.
3. Movement is programmed in various speeds & strokes to suit conveyor speed & object height respectively.
4. Driven by frequency adjustable motor, solid and maintenance free.
5. Working parameters are monitored on a user-friendly panel, which can memorize for 80 storable programs
COLO-800D Intelligent Controller
The controller allows precisely adjusting high voltage from 0-100kv by keyboards, the kv and amperage values will be shown on the digital display. Powder conveying air and atomization air are regulated by mechanizal valves with convenience and reliability.
Just press the 3 one-touch intelligent buttons, application programs switches automatically between panel coating, corner coating and recoating.
Flat coating: ideal for flat shape workpieces.
Corner coating: ideal for complex shape parts with deep corners.
Recoating: ideal for repairing coating.
Integrated Cabinet for Gun Controllers
Multi units of COLO-800D automatic powder gun controllers installed on a central cabinet for integrated easy operation.
Module and compact design, it can be tailored to customer's demands, allows to install Max. 24 control units, and occupies small space in the automatic powder coating plant
Particularly suitable for users who switch from manual application to automatic, and delivers consistent uniform film thickness even in high speed conveyorised powder coating lines.
COLO-08 Automatic Powder Gun
100 kV automatic gun delivers the highest transfer efficiency, more powders are attracted to the metal parts that is great for powder savings.
Lightweight, compact spray gun offers reliable work in automatic production line, whose superior faraday-cage penetration and recoating capability adapts a wide range of coating challenges.
Comes with full array of nozzle assortment for optimal effect , including flat spray nozzles, round spray nozzles with a series of deflectors, as well as extension nozzles for better penetration of corners.
