1) Allows 0-100kv voltage adjustable, and the kv and amperage values will be precisely shown on the digital display. Powder conveying and atomization air are regulated by mechanizal valves with reliability.
2) The intelligent conrtoller has one-touch operation buttons standing for 4 pre-sets coating programs, giving quick change of different metal shapes:
Flat mode: suitable simple panel shape parts.
Corner mode: suitable for coating deep corner
Re-coat mode: suitable for repairing coating
Pulse coating mode: repidly recharge the powder for high transfer efficiency, a coating option that is able to penetrate difficult areas, reducing time and materials.
Electrostatic Spray Gun Features
1) 100 kV powder spray gun maximizes powder charging capacity, and always maintains highest transfer efficiency even after long time use, most powders are attracted to the metal parts with least material waste.
2) The lightweight and ergonomic design enables you to do jobs at ease. We use high quality engineering materials for less wear and longer life.
3) Comes with full array of nozzle assortment for optimal effect , including flat nozzles, round nozzles with a series of deflectors, as well as extension nozzles for better penetration of corners.
500ml Powder Fluidizing Cup Features
1) D10xH10cm. Recommended for mini production, powder testing of powder manufacturer, sample testing or laboratory education, etc
2) Fluidizing-plate based powder cup ensures constant and smooth powder flow for better spraying effect.
3) Directly use with powder coating gun to connect with the spray gun without installing powder pump and hose.
