The COLO-668 controller offers easy adjustment for high voltage from 0-100kv by keyboards, the kv and amperage values will be shown on the digital display for accurate reading, as well as pressure regulation valves for powder output air, atomization air.
There are one-touch intelligent buttons stands for 4 preset programs, providing quick operation to get the best coating result for different shaped workpieces:
Flat coating: high-voltage for flat parts.
Corner coating: for powder coating complex shapes and corners of parts.
Recoating: easy to operate when parts need to be secondary powder coated.
Pulse coating: unique technology for rapidly recharges the powder at intervals of short time, suitable for deep corners that overcoming faraday cage effect, this technology achieves higher transfer efficiency and significantly reducing the waste amount of powder.
