KF-X1 series Powder Coating System with 10 pounds of fluidizing powder keg supports small scale continuous production, features space-saving size and easy to carry.
The digital-valve-controlled system offers precise and flexible regulation of all processing parameters greatly improves application quality comparing with traditional machines.
KF-X1 Full Digital Controller
1. An easy-to-use panel with LCD screen gives you great conveninece for adjusting kv, amperage, conveying air and atomizing air.
2. The digital valve technology offers precise regulate of powder output, generates more smooth flow and uniform coating thickness.
3. This digital system can flexibly and precisely adjust both current and voltage. which helps to optmize the amount of charges for powders/objects.
4. Three one-touch pre-set programs are designed for beginners who are shot or knowledge, applying to flat shapes. complex shapes and re-coating jobs.
5. For different parts and jobs, it allows you to create 20 applications programs which will be automatically stored and easily selected during operation.
