The 6x6x6(1.8x1.8x1.8m) powder coating oven is ideal for batch production of small and medium-sized objects after powder spraying process. COLO-technology based curing oven provides a consistent heating temperature hat results in a quality powder coating finish.
1. PLC panel allows the operator accurately setting desired temperature & heating time as well as adjust the unit accordingly, with alarms function to ensure safety
2. Powerful 0.75kw fan speeds up hot airflow that leads to uniform cured finishes and optimum cure cycles.
3. Insulation material is 100mm thick rockwool board inserted betweent heat-resistent galvanized steel internal wall and durable color steel skin.
4. A pair of outer & inner trolley makes an easy operation of loading and unloading workparts, It affects the reduction of the impurities content from the floor in the chamber.
