Self-cleaning Booth Floor

The powder spray booth floor is designed with air knives and mesh plates specially for self-cleaning.

The cleaning system is controlled by air blasts, which remove the powder accumulated on the booth floor and push it to the extraction and recovery system, increasing powder coating recovery.

COLO-191S powder coating unit applies latest DVC technology allows a flexible and accurate setting of all parameters. 

Three are touch keys to select 3 pre-set application programs ideal for beginners,  "Flat-parts coating," "Complicated parts coating," or "Re-coating Workpiece."

Allows experienced users to create and store 20 application programs, optimized for their parts and powder.

This precise control unit delivers more uniform powder cloud and easy to penetrate deep corners.

100kv Automatic Powder Spray Gun

The COLO-08 100 kV electrostatic spray gun maximizes powder charging capacity, and always maintains highest transfer efficiency even after long time, most powders are attracted to the metal parts with least material waste.

Comes with full array of nozzle assortment to optimize your spraying effect, including flat nozzles,  round snozzles with different size deflectors, and extension nozzles for better penetration.

Powder Coating Reciprocator & Central Cabinet

All spraying guns are mounted on an arm extended from a carriage, whose movement is programmed in various speeds & strokes to suit conveyor speed & object height respectively.

All powder coating controllers are integrated in a central cabinet for convenient operation, it enables to set parameters only at one host unit to control whole system. The quantity of the controller units can be customized

The heavy-loaded reciprocator could adapt to continual load everyday, driven by frequency motor controlled via PLC, giving more smooth, stable and precise motion, ensures consistent powder film thickness with great powedr savings.

Powder Coating Curing Tunnel

Our curing tunnel is ideal for automatic powder coating line in continuous operation with highest productivity.

Made of 100mm rock wool board with galvanized sheet wall and durable steel skin , features durable, long life and heat-resistent.

Quickly and uniformly raise to required temperature up to 250'C thanks to high performance heating system, increase production efficiency

With fan that circles hot air throught the entire chamber ensures even temperature and quality curing results.

Heating source can be electric, gas or diesel.

Overhead Conveyor System

A complete overhead conveyor system includes, rails (or I beam), chains, drive unit, hangers, trolleys, tension device, etc

We supply lightweight track conveyor system with single point loading capacity less than 100kgs and heavy-duty I beam conveyor system with loading capacity 100-500kgs
