The traditional automatic powder coating line is suitable for not big workparts which require high productivity. A circuit by overhead conveyor system ensures less labor and maximum efficiency.

1. Mono-cyclone powder booth system achieves high recycling rate and extremely quick cleaning during color change taking around 15 minutes.
2. The secondary recovey stage is combined with a group of high precision filters effectively capture ultra fine powders, thus only particle-free air discharged outside.
3. There's air clean system continuously transports over sprayed powder from the booth floor, quickly recycling it back to the powder feed container.
4. The powder coating booth can be made by coated steel, stainless steel or plastic. Anti-static Plastic booth is more recommened for the high utilization of powders.
5. The powder coating booth is designed with automatic station for reciprocating guns, as well as manual coating station for after-checking.
