This Space-saving manual spray booth features easy and economical for powder application of small or big-sized workpieces. An integrated powder collection module includes 4 pcs of high precision cartridge filters creating clean and bright finishing environment.
Our spray booth is fully constructed with powder-coated steel exceptionally increases stability and durability.
Cartridge Filters
Incorporates proven cartridge-filter technology capturing excess powders efficiently to keep environment clean.
Recovery Hopper
The filtered powder is discharged into a collecting hopper beneath the unit which can be moved away for easy and fully emptying.
PLC Control
A user-friendly PLC panel integrates all functions, like turning on / off fans, setting pulse-jetting time and interval, light on/off, emergency stop.
Fan Motor
A set of 4kw high-performance fan efficiently circulate air with less energy. Our rigid exhaust fan provides a substantial decrease in noise at your shop.
Pulse-jet System
The pneumatic controlled pulse-jetting system regularly cleans filter to prevents powder accumulation and extend filter life.
