COLO-1864 Space-saving powder coating oven is specially designed for batch curing metal parts, such as alloy wheels bike or motorcycle accessories, etc. Applies electricity to create energy, the batch curing oven provides uniform heat distribution resulting in quality cured finishes and optimum cure cycles which reduces rework, saving you time.
Standardly equipped with a pair of carts: internal one and external one,
Internal cart supplied in the form of a frame to loading workparts participating in curing process inside the oven. External cart is used to carry the internal cart for outside operation and transportation.
It is a superior solution that allows loading batch of workparts taking full utilizing of oven space, as well as carrying heavy elements using a small amount of force.
Each cart moving across the hall does not contaminate the inside of the oven. ensures high purity painted elements. Trolley design can be customized for your production needs and convenient.

COLO professional powder coating ovens are built with premium quality and performance components, in order to create optimal airflow throughout the curing oven enclosure, resulting an even, constant cure for your parts.
PLC Control
The PLC control system offers user-friendly interface for operators to set the required temperature and heating time accurately.
The electric control cabinet also includes includes fan starting, alarm lights and emergency stop buttons.
Circulation Fan
Circulation fan circles the hot air to warm the powder coating oven interior, minimize temperature difference and guarantee uniform-heated chamber, ensures powder curing effect.
The circulation fan for small sized powder coating oven is installed on the roof to save space.
Materials
COLO powder coating oven utilizes a sandwich panel design.
Rockwool insulation of at least 100mm is inserted between galvanized inner wall and color-steel external skins, effectively minimums temperature dropping.
Heating Element
Our electric heating element uses 1.5kw U shape heating tubes, distributed at the bottom of oven, ensures heating efficiency. Covered with mesh plate, they are easy for maintenance.
