Track powder coating oven allows to installed with conveyor system to combine with tunnel powder coating booth for manual continuous production.
1. PLC panel allows the operator accurately setting desired temperature & heating time as well as adjust the unit accordingly, with alarms function and emergency stop to ensure safety
2. Powerful fan speeds up hot airflow that leads to quality cured finishes and optimum cure cycles.
3. Insulation material is 100mm thick rockwool board, density 120kgs/cbm, an excellent performance of heat reservation.
4. We can design the the powder coating oven with 1 track, 3 tracks or more to meet your demands.
