This 7meter depth powder coating oven is designed for curing long length workparts in batches, such as aluminum profiles. It is recommended to take gas or diesel as fuels, which fearures higher heating efficiency and lower energy expense. COLO powder coating ovens are built with top-quality components that extends to longest lifespan.
Loading system can be customized to be overhead track system which allows less effort to moving heavy elements in a continous manual production line.
This 7m track powder coating oven is ideal to work with pass through spray booth and manual coating equipment. A batch of heavy workparts' movement from spraying stage to curing stage is assisted by overhead tracks horizontally pulled by operators, which greatly saves force and increases efficiency while ensures output.
Air Circulation Fan
Circulation fan circles the hot air to warm the powder coating oven interior, minimizes temperature difference and guarantee uniform-heated chamber. It creates optimal airflow and prevents hot spots and providing an even, constant cure for your parts.
Precise PLC Control
This PLC controller provide a precise and easy heating process. The keyboard and clear display allows you to set and read accurate temperature and duration required. The electric control also includes fan starting, alarm lights and emergency stop buttons, ensuring safe and reliable heating process.
100mm Thick Rockwool Wall
COLO powder coating oven is made of high quality durable material, interlayer is rockwool insulation board (100 mm thickness, density 120kgs/cbm), inserted between heat-resistent galvanized innerwall and durable color steel outwall forms a sandwich structure which is anti-flame and heat-insulation.
Riello Gas Burner
Our gas curing oven is standardly configured an Italy imported RIELLO gas burner which is connected with the burning room.
The high performance burner fully burns of fuels, reaching the baking temperature faster. Quick heat-up rates helps to achieve higher production output.
