This powder coating oven is designed for curing longer or large workparts in batches. Long length powder coating oven heats faster by using gas as fuels, and fearures more economical with less energy expense comparing with electric heated oven. Our curing oven is built with durable and high-quality components that never compromise quality and performance.
Standardly equipped with a pair of carts: internal one and external one.
Internal cart designed in the form of a frame to loading workparts participating in curing process inside the oven. External cart is used to carry the internal cart for outside operation and transportation.
It is a superior solution that allows loading batch of workparts taking full utilizing of oven space, as well as carrying heavy elements using a small amount of force.
Internal cart moving across the external cart that does not contaminate the inside of the oven, which ensures high purity painted elements. Powder coating oven cart design can be customized for your production needs and convenient.
Air Circulation Fan
Circulation fan circles the hot air to warm the powder coating oven interior, minimizes temperature difference and guarantee uniform-heated chamber. It creates optimal airflow and prevents hot spots and providing an even, constant cure for your parts.
Precise PLC Control
This PLC controller offers all the features you need. the keyboard and clear display allows you to set and read precise temperature as well as duration required. The electric control also includes fan starting, alarm lights and emergency stop buttons, ensuring safe and reliable heating process.
100mm Thick Rockwool Wall
COLO powder coating oven is made of high quality durable material, interlayer is rockwool insulation board (100 mm thickness, density 120kgs/cbm), inserted between heat-resistent galvanized innerwall and durable color steel outwall forms a sandwich structure which is anti-flame and heat-insulation.
Riello Gas Burner
Our gas curing oven is standardly configured an Italy imported RIELLO gas burner which is connected with the burning room.
The high performance burner fully burns of fuels, reaching the baking temperature faster. Quick heat-up rates helps to achieve higher production output.
