Our powder coating ovens can be powered by natural gas, LPG or diesel, which are recommended for bigger dimension plans. These ovens costs less energy expense comparing with electric curing ovens. COLO powder coating ovens are constructed from high quality components that ensures quick and uniform heating.
Our powder coating oven is standardly equipped with a pair of trolleys: internal one and external one. Internal trolley designed in the form of a frame to loading workparts participating in curing process inside the oven. External trolley is used to carry the internal cart for outside operation and transportation.
It is a superior solution that allows loading batch of workparts taking full utilizing of oven space, as well as carrying heavy elements using a small amount of force.
Internal trolley moving across the external trolley that does not contaminate the inside of the oven, which ensures high-purity painted elements. Powder coating oven trolley design can be customized for your production needs and convenient.
Air Circulation Fan
Circulation fan circles the hot air to warm the powder coating oven interior, minimizes temperature difference and guarantee uniform-heated chamber. It creates optimal airflow and prevents hot spots and providing an even, constant cure for your parts.
Precise PLC Control
It is reliable and easy to operate thanks to the PLC control unit with precise temperature regulation and time setting.
The electric control also includes fan starting, alarm lights and emergency stop buttons, ensuring a safe heating process.
100mm Thick Rockwool Wall
COLO powder coating oven is made of high quality durable material, interlayer is rockwool insulation board (100 mm thickness, density 120kgs/cbm), inserted between heat-resistent galvanized innerwall and durable color steel outwall forms a sandwich structure which is anti-flame and heat-insulation.
Riello Gas Burner
Our gas curing oven is standardly configured an Italy imported RIELLO gas burner which is connected with the burning room.
The high performance burner fully burns of fuels, reaching the baking temperature faster. Quick heat-up rates helps to achieve higher production output.
