This 6m depth powder coating oven is designed for curing big sized workparts in batches, such as aluminum profiles. metal frames, long length plates. It is recommended to take gas or diesel as fuels, which fearures higher heating efficiency and lower energy expense.
This long length oven is designed with double-open doors, can be equipped with 2 pairs of carts. Each pair of carts has a internal one and external one.
Internal cart designed in the form of a frame to loading workparts participating in curing process inside the oven. External cart is used to carry the internal cart for outside operation and transportation.
It is a superior solution that allows loading batch of workparts taking full utilizing of oven space, as well as carrying heavy elements using a small amount of force.
Working with pass through type powder spray booth and manual coating equipment, this plant is recommended for batch production of small and big sized workparts
Air Circulation Fan
Circulation fan circles the hot air to warm the powder coating oven interior, minimizes temperature difference and guarantee uniform-heated chamber. It creates optimal airflow and prevents hot spots and providing an even, constant cure for your parts.

100mm Thick Rockwool Wall
COLO powder coating oven is made of high quality durable material, interlayer is rockwool insulation board (100 mm thickness, density 120kgs/cbm), inserted between heat-resistent galvanized innerwall and durable color steel outwall forms a sandwich structure which is anti-flame and heat-insulation.
Riello Gas Burner
Our gas curing oven is standardly configured an Italy imported RIELLO gas burner which is connected with the burning room.
The high performance burner fully burns of fuels, reaching the baking temperature faster. Quick heat-up rates helps to achieve higher production output.
