Our powder coating gas oven is designed for energy-saving, time-saving and environmental-friendly. Takes natural gas or LPG as fuels, it gives a quick raise to required temperature. Each of powder coating oven components is professional designed to maximize the heating performance and service life.
Standardly equip with a manual transport solution that allows loading a batch of elements using a small amount of force.
The system including two trolleys, outer trolley loads the inner trolley for outside movement and operation, inner trolley carries a batch of workparts which will be wholey moved into the curing oven for heating process. Thus the oven interior will not be contaminated, which ensures high purity painted elements.
Custom design is available to get a optimal use of the entire space of oven.
Air Circulation Fan
Circulation fan circles the hot air to warm the powder coating oven interior, minimizes temperature difference and guarantee uniform-heated chamber. It creates optimal airflow and prevents hot spots and providing an even, constant cure for your parts.
Precise PLC Control
The PLC control system offers user-friendly interface for operators to set the required temperature and heating time accurately.
The electric control cabinet also includes includes fan starting, alarm lights and emergency stop buttons.
100mm Thick Rockwool Wall
COLO powder coating oven is made of high quality durable material, interlayer is rockwool insulation board (100 mm thickness, density 120kgs/cbm), inserted between heat-resistent galvanized innerwall and durable color steel outwall forms a sandwich structure which is anti-flame and heat-insulation.
Riello Gas Burner
Configures an Italy imported RIELLO gas burner which is connected with the burning room. The high performance burner takes full utilizations of fuels, reaching the baking temperature faster. Quick heat-up rates helps to achieve higher production output.
