The standard COLO-0825 automatic powder coating booth is an economical and effective solution in automatic application line. Double stage of filters are directly connected to the booth wall which maximizes powder recovery rate and ensures least particulates escaped out.
Our powder spray booth can be made cold-rolled steel or stainess steel for exceptionally stability and durability, all components with premium quality and performance to get an ideal cleaning and powder recovery.
Cartridge FIlters
Double filter stage recovery systems effectively capture oversprayed powder, 0.1micron high precision filters ensures only particle-free air discharged outside.
Pulse Filter Cleaning
The filters retain their capacity to release the attached powder overspray through self-cleaning system which is programmable pulse-jets.
PLC Control
A user-friendly PLC panel integrates all functions, like turning on / off fans, setting pulse-jetting time and interval, light on/off, emergency stop.
Powder Collector
A collection hopper beneath the filter stage is designed for collecting overspray powders, where the pumps transfer them to powder sieving center for continuous recycling.
